Our Client, a leader in the financial investment industry, has an immediate need for a Digital Marketing Manager. The position is located in Pittsburgh, PA and is a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). This is a full time permanent position. Ideal candidates must have 5+ years of digital marketing experience and have advanced experience with HubSpot Marketing software.
Manage strategic initiatives to develop, evaluate and deliver content and features through various digital marketing mediums. Identify key decisions and risks to facilitate their solutions.
Identify and consider opportunities to enhance the client journey from a digital and firm perspective.
Oversee web enhancement projects as requested. Consider user analysis, brand standards, compliance/regulatory requirements and integrations as strategy is developed.
Assist with the development and day-to-day execution of marketing automation efforts including email campaign management, sales lead generation and multi-channel marketing. Help identify and implement best practices within marketing automation tool and for integration/sync into CRM.
Act as a subject matter expert on digital technologies utilized in the role including the current marketing automation software, content management system and customer relationship management software.
Utilize knowledge of digital technology in order to organize and execute work with technical and business teams. Lead groups of subject matter experts in discussions and problem-solving activities to advance delivery of scalable and efficient digital solutions.
Analyze and develop monthly reports detailing efforts of various digital campaigns. Analyze results and present recommendations for specific actions based on the trends identified in these reports with input from managers.
Understand compliance responsibilities with respect to content and design review and takes steps to assure that projects are appropriately reviewed and approved.
Maintain accurate project records and document metrics against the critical success factors and keep the team informed.
Work on cross-functional teams to translate client needs to digital solutions.
Complete post project team reviews and analysis, periodically survey internal and external users in order to develop enhancements.
Pursue and analyze internal client feedback, market research, and other strategic input and assure its communication to all team members and to the client(s).
Assist managers, as requested, in research to draft plans and proposals to reflect the agreed-upon department and team goals and strategies, budget parameters, etc., including adhering to and managing project budgets.
Digital Marketing experience - 5+ years
Marketo, Eloqua or HubSport Marketing for marketing automation for email campaign management, sales lead generation and multi-channel marketing -5+ years
CRM software such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics - 1+ years
Content management systems and HTML - Preferred
Business analysis - Preferred
Bachelor degree in marketing, communications or digital marketing communications or other degree with relevant experience
